Has work stalled on the Fieldhouse Jones hotel project on Main Street in East Nashville? My office is just up the street and I haven't seen crews there or any more height for several weeks. -

In the Before image I see 2 lanes in each direction with no turning lane. The After image has the equivalent of EIGHT traffic lanes, 3 car lanes in each direction and two train lanes. The left side of the image has conveniently lost all of the bike lane, sidewalk, and utility corridor... What sorcery is this?

Last remaining building on the "Bridal Suites AirBNB" lot is going down today. First photo shows demo, second photo shows entire site with Koi Sushi lot on left.

^^ those literally went up in one week. I left town for vacation on 4/11 and had just made a trip to Home Depot the day before. When I passed by them there were only footings poured and materials stacked on the site.

Don't forget us here at Anode (926 Main). We gutted and completely built-out the 10K sq ft former Pro-Diesel repair shop in 2009-2010.

I think I read somewhere that's the actual building that Walgreens is looking to take over. -
I own a residential lot about a block from there. Will my property value go up or down as a result of this development? Any ideas?

Darnit - I typed it backwards. Thanks for the correction. There goes my railfan street cred. My great uncle was a conductor on the Nashville-Gallatin Interurban for several years in his younger days (1930's). -
