I agree with you completely. You want to have retailers that will get people out of the retail bunker of MacArther and on to the streets, I have no problem with a dollar tree downtown but not in this location.

I don't why the cities leaders can't work to further the region as whole. Let's hope one day that the state won't have to intervene in order for them to work together.

Ok so I've heard that Norfolk plans to build more births for ships, I think it was like up to 6 total or something, anyone else know anything about this?

I think building an arena here would be great its in a great location but i highly doubt itll happen

If it turns out to be just as good or better than the Williamsburg one then its going to be a great addition and instead of everyone going to Williamsburg they will come here or at least those from lower hampton roads
