I think they Professor are over paid for what they did. I got my master degree at UCF and bachelor at UF. I do not know which college you attended but college of engineering (UCF) professor are very weak from my experience. So, Go Gators!! and Magic!!

A new stadium sucks, when they can save the 45 mil for something else like maybe hire some more professional & respectable professors that actually care about teaching.

Just doesnt seem to add up to 10 millios. According to downtown website, Orlando CBD does not include the courthouse or BofA. If it is the entire downtown, I will give u more than 10 millions.

but Orlando CBD only consists of the Suntrust cluster and it sure doesnt look 10 millions sqft.

10.02 million?Do u mean 1.2 millions? I doubt it. Downtown Miami has heck a lot more builginds than us if they only have only 2 more millions more than us.

The whole area of Parramore need to be rebuilt in one single phase, a huge project like Midtown Miami, or Atlantic Station in Atlanta will change it. The closet way for us to change it now is to have the entire UCF medical school in the center of Paramore which I dont see is happening.

Alright, if I win a one billion lottery, I will use half to build a rail line. LOL

I saw an animated Plaza in a sterling showroom. It looks like they have a rooftop restaurant on the north tower and two giant screen on the second floor of north and south tower

Most of the development now is right at the edge of Parramorre, the only two projects that are in the heart of Para is the BBIF and the Central Park. Hughey square is a good start but all the retails at the ground level remanined empty. By the time FAMU and UCF school finally opened, thhis will change paramorre to an up and coming area. 4000 people can do a lot for the area. The best thing would be to develop the entire church street all the way up to the stadium with a new arena in between

Where can I find them?

I remember the highway toward NYC are at least 12 or 16 lanes. Compared to that I-4 is not that huge.
