IS there a 9 stories building still missing in the pic? What is on the north side of the garage? -
Hopefully they put some interesting elements in the front lawn and make it into an urban enclave that people want to visit. Either go big with the design or do nothing at all. We need a nice park to distract us from this ugly building.

Because this is Orlando, everytime I suggest putting minimum parking in any developments to force people to use public transports or walk or bike or Uber, people in this forum think I am crazy or wanting business to fail.

I would like to see that the entire building was wrapped with this white non symetric wall treatment instead of the blue glass in the front. But I guessed that would make it a non- great value engineering if they have to source different size of glass to fill the gaps

It is just strange that there are no marketing for the condo, or announcement of the brand of the hotel. Fox spot probably has a real timeline on when they can move into their new office.

Article said there is no development plan yet, so it is probably 5 to 10 years away before anything go there. Besides, still no sign of Magic doing anything with their project.

They can drive their SUV right up to the stores and do least amount of walking.

I wish they would spend some money on the exterior landscaping especially around the perimeter of the property to make it look more urban friendly. A small corner park for the little one to poo would be nice.

I work by UCF, those students are driving nicer cars than me and eating at places that I ate on full grown person salary. Bar louie is packed with students and so are the starbucks.- 150 replies

Yes, not a Taco fans but one more night club closure is a plus. A small upgrade from Pita Pit. Now take out the Avenue and put in something nice.

Those are some basic retails...does it even need a news article to announce it? We dont need nail salon, doctor, dentist....we need chain Darden restaurants, Apple store, more starbucks, clothing store, urban target, Amazon store there....somebody needs to get those UCF students mommy and daddy money.... Millenials want cool factor stores not Subway and Dunkin donuts... ISnt UCF also the number 1 sugar daddy school in the nation?- 150 replies
