  3. Had a tour on Friday and this park is amazing. Wine bar, coffee, food, restrooms, plazas and tons of seating and spectacular views this park is the greatest park in the state. Misting fountains and LED lights
  4. Im actually liking the design better especially with the rooftop park and closing monroe avenue for a park. I know the building is square but it will be a beautiful texture of wood and brick with glass. Also they did have to design within a budget which i still doubt this is within.
  5. Thank you for taking shots from the East side of downtown the city looks more urban from that angle but no one really gets shots from that side.

  10. Any new arena will most likely happen south of Crump or maybe across danny thomas but either way that is so many years away i wouldnt worry about it.

  13. This whole idea of a parking lot is an insult as the city is basically building a 50 million dollar garage on the hill for his hotels. id rather he put a park there than a garage.
  14. Nashville needs light rail with its growth and density and tight corridors for the interstate and streets. I feel like the state of tennessee is scared of rail lines or something.
  15. The best part is these are actively under construction so there is no hoping or waiting on funding. So its a guarantee we will be seeing something tall.
  16. Check out the site documents and building elevations for the new St Jude Office Towers. 252 Feet Tall each
  17. They have finished securing the wall tie backs for the site and have formed a rebar cage, waterproofing and are now about to start concreting the retaining wall around the site. This will at least stabilize the site from collapsing in. I think they may stop after this point.
