Blue Line Extension construction updates from the UNCC campus / Toby Creek Greenway (taken on 10-4-2014). This is the section which will run from Tryon over Toby Creek Greenway, and onto UNCC's campus for the future station.

Does anyone else think that the beige portion of the tower would look better painted black? I was imagining it the other day, with the colorful nascar logo at the top, rather than the bland silver one that they have currently.

Not sure if this is of any relavance to anyone, but I was on emporis yesterday and noticed that they have 210 trade listed as on hold. Obviously this is the case, the question now is how long will it be on hold?

Glad to see this is getting started. I remember when they originally proposed this a few years back. I grew up in Mint Hill, and I think it will be great to have this retail so close by for people living there. However, one of the main draws to Mint Hill is the small town feel of it. The town will definately change a lot in the next five years, for the good and bad.
