  2. KFSM incorrect. They actually have closer to I think 45-50,000 sf from when they bought gym next door and combined spaces and remodeled. Also has basement. Didn’t they do the indoor farmers market there too?
  3. It is actually less space than what they currently have. They own their current building, supposedly have no debt, wonder why they are selling? Also wonder who they are selling to. Seems like a lateral move at best to me. Especially with soon to be done upgrades to College Ave in that area.

  10. Walmart layoffs happen. We've been told for the last few years by the current regime that they want to get rid of redundancies and cut several jobs. Banks and developers have been aware of this. That being said, even with those jobs eliminated we don't have the bloated market and glut of residential lots and unnecessary and out of place speculative developments of the mid 2000s. There will not be a bloodletting like we saw in 2008. A correction certainly but not an all out disaster.
  11. Would hope for Top Golf and retail/restaurants around it. Also Whole Foods or Sprouts.

  13. Long article, basically will be privately developed but not until 2022 and will be single family and cluster homes with a mix of income levels
  14. School district has owned this property for a while and plans two schools. First will be elementary scheduled for 2018 school year I'm told. City said rezoning

  16. Tenants seem to prefer the 20-25k sf floor plates these days so they can get everything on one floor and work the Open Office concepts. 15k sf floor plates are obsolete
  17. You have 2 more years of pain before help will be realized at the I-49 and Fulbright interchange
  18. They own the building, have spent considerable money on full drawings from Marlon Blackwell. Though that doesn't mean it is 100% done, knowing the developers and use, I'd say it is a sure bet.
