another ideal location for a supa target would be tr crossing. i think one is planned there already but don't know if it is super sized. also from the looks of things it appears this development is not gonna be happening any time soon. i hope i'm wrong.

i think i heard the developer say once that phase 3 could be started now but the city has not approved funding for the garage or something like that.

so is the new sheraton going up on main street supposed to be part of the luxury collection/starwood? btw, the palmetto building i think it is has to be the most beautiful old high rise on main. this will certainly be a development columbia can be proud of i'm sure.
