I am trying to be positive, but its just a box. Might as well just name it Towers West. Just once I would like for a developer to develop a signature building for Greenville.

Anybody else notice that the main sign for Nothpointe which faces Wade Hampton blvd and Church street has the letter E hanging. It has been like this for several months. It always amazes me that property managers either do not know, or do not care to fix their properties once their built. Anyone know the property management group? Its the gateway into downtown from Wade Hampton and it should look as good as it can.

The taxes and fees is what I was referring to. I hope that this piece of land gets developed, but I hope its something that will really stand out and be a true gateway to our great city.

The city is making $$$ off this site everytime it changes hands. My bet is that this piece of land gets sold again in three years.

In my opinion, this site will only work if they make a highrise out of it. This could easily be a signature high rise for Greenville if a serious developer would get behind it. I'm not going to hold my breath either, we have been down this road for many years.

If this project is waiting on SCDOT, then it will never get off the ground. They have been working on the power poles for about two months in the immediate area. I wonder if this has to be completed before they can get started. I would like to think that this is such a big project that the city could pull some strings and get the state to move faster on the road improvements.

Was hoping to see some movement on this project by Christmas. Anyone have any information about the delay on this project?

I was under the impression that road work was supposed to start late August. It seems as if there is a hold up on this project. The newly fenced in area with the construction office has been there for almost a month now. It appears that they are working at another site location. I am not sure where, but all the equipment they are housing inside the fence gets moved daily.

I for one would like to see a signature highrise that defines Greenville. Im tired of all the mid rises. But for some reason there doesnt seem to be a developer that can thimk outside of the 10 story box.

Can anyone confirm that this project has been placed on hold? Heard this in a conversation today but have no way to verify this information.

Does anyone know of a timeline for the upgrades to the BOA building? Will the improvements just be on the bottom floors, or top outside decor also.

What a complete waste of land that would be. I understand the issues with getting in and out of the parcel of land, but come on! Will a real developer please stand up and make something meaningful with this lot. I cant imagine the city would be ok with a 4 story apt. building.

This project is really coming together nicely. I still cant figure out where this Phase III talk is coming from. I cant find any thing solid on this. Is this strictly Internet rumor, or does someone actually have some proof that this is going to happen?

I would like to see a third tower! I guess we will just have to wait and see.
