Looks like that 'high impact' lime yellow they paint fire trucks nowadays. Or that Charger in Dirty Mary, Crazy Larry.

Hilarious. It is nothing like that car! lol It's an orange and green color scheme that's fairly hot in the modern architecture scene right now. Surely not for everybody, but I gotta give them huge props for going that route in hyper-traditional Columbia. It's fun and different.

I don't know what's going on now. I rode by Canalside a while ago and on every rust-colored bay area they've painted a bunch of white stripes and dots. Right now they look like a cross between a tiger and a leopard. What could be up with that?

You were right, Captain. They have deepened the color. It is now slightly darker and it looks a lot richer. It looks really good. They might do the same with the lime green color.

Those last 4 shots are MONEY! Nice work. And it's really looking great.

A friend of mine is renting a studio there and loves it. The walls are thin and it's been quite lively apparently, but most of the people who are attracted to them will likely not be turned off by that. If I didn't have two toddlers I'd probably live there myself.

Imagine how the entire development will look once it's fully built out. There will be some nice density going on there.

Thanks for the new pictures, krazee. This place looks a lot better with trees. I think that in 5-10 years there will be a noticeable improvement on how this place looks and functions- not to mention that it will (hopefully) be built out by then.

I went through the development the other day and the fountain looks nice. What percentage of the units have rented? It looks sparse everytime I go by.

I don't know the numbers, but the rent is fairly high... I know that.
