Just thought I'd try to get something started for my neck of the woods........

Construction along Mebane from the Chapel Hill Rd intersection all the way through to Huffman Mill continues to be a right royal PITA. So does the levelling of medians on Church Street between City Park and Alamance Road. State stimulus money at work, I guess.

Alamance Crossing lost Shane's Rib Shack, but in its place, Brixx looks set to open.

The old Rockola on Huffman Mill is about to become a Mellow Mushroom

My wife has become good friends with Hobby Lobby at AC already, and suffice to say it's been a popular spot for many, especially in her mom's club.

Also in the news today was word that the Children's Museum plans in Graham have been finalized, and the groundbreaking is still set for late 2010, although they're still short of the fundraising target. It looks like it'll be sweet.
