Kendall Building to be redeveloped?

A creditable source told me that a restaurant will be on the first floor, wanting to be in by the end of the year

It'll be interesting to see what goes in the ground floor. Is it big enough for a restaurant? I thought the comic book store said they decided against it because of the size? Not that a small restaurant would be bad, just wondering if they have the space.

 

Now that the Kendall building is looking good, and the park is under construction, has everyone else noticed how out of place the Reynolds & Sons building is? They need to tear down that cedar shake facade, stat. It would be nice to see that building get renovated (w/ Reynolds & Sons staying).

They used to have a much larger sign that took up most of the facade, and complimented the cedar shake a little better. Their tiny sign now doesn't match the facade or really serve them at all, IMHO. You would completely miss it if you didn't know it was there. Great store, but they could use a makeover ASAP.
