La Huastecha's lease was not renewed, but you can drink at Vinny's, get a tattoo and then if you regretted it, get it removed all in this strip

Should be an update on this property in the next few days regarding the new urban infill that will be tentatively constructed here.

I saw renderings from someone that put a proposal together for the site. The site is deceivingly large, the rendering was massive. It will be great infill for the area.

It is the far end of the Creston neighborhood, but I thought this was best place for this. It looks like a Kum & Go is being built here. It's been an eyesore for quite some time, so I am all for it!

Retail wine and floral shop with onsite consumption is plan I have seen. Extensive remodel to the building interior/exterior. Hope it works out.
