Even my mother commented on all the new construction (Greek Village) and construction cranes at Christmas, and she's not one to comment on such. "Great day!" she said, "Columbia's changing!" She lives in Bamberg and comes up with her friends about every other month to eat out.

I thought only members of my family used the expression "Great day," LOL. If we REALLY want to make a statement, we'll say "Great day in the morning," with a hint of Gullah.

I hope this leads to Innovista landing a major tenant soon, or at least a nice mix of smaller tenants. I've been impressed with Coldstream's progress, so I would expect something similar for Innovista.

If something doesnt start to happen with some big tennants then there is going to be trouble for someone. USC officials won't put up with it for long, and more importantly, Spartan is tired of waiting on a tennant announcement!
