anybody heard anything about this project. I really want to see it happen and see some movement done on it. the little restaurant is still there and besides for the Minim posters in the windows, nothing has changed as of yet. I remember that several units were already reserved a while ago and a whole floor of office space was also already leased. Seems to me that that should be enough to start construction on the project. maybe they are waiting for the weather to warm up to start construction. Hope so
