It is not exactly a city but the Dominican Republic is listed as Fayetteville's Sister City.

I'd like to see Fayetteville get more involved in something like that.

I'd like to see a link with a European city, because that seems to be the least influential, and talked about area in this region (although, I do realize that probably defeats the purpose of Sister Cities). Most likely go after a Mexican or Asian city.
