I think it's either 12:00 or 1:00 pm. I was just gonna go at 12:00 and if it wasn't going on yet, just hang out for an hour.

It's in the Coleman Young municipal centre where they usually hold the city council meetings.

The real test of whether this project is going anywhere or not is does it have approval of the FTA? Without that, there won't be federal funding available to built it, and I suspect the costs being put forth are much much lower than the true cost of building a system such as this.

I was under the impression that this system wouldnt require federal funding. But I could be wrong.
