Did I read it correctly that the 42% is only in the unincorperated areas? or am I cutting a pasting different parts of the article together in my head?

If so, I wonder what Greenville's, Mauldin's, Simpsonville's, Fountain Inn's, Greer's, and Travelers Rest's numbers would do to that?
