Flags!

Today we unveiled a new forum arrangement to bring a higher presence to our International viewers! Amongst the changes include the addition of "USA" in front of the forum title for all USA regions and there are now flags in the description of each country that has a sub-forum on UrbanPlanet.org. This makes it easy for all users to quickly discern which country a sub-forum belongs to.

I have also added state flags to those states who have a dedicated sub-forum.
