A belated thanks for the comments, guys! Glad you liked my little collage of photos.

I've been having some internet problems over the past couple of days, and after constant work, Bellsouth seems to have fixed the outage in my area. So you'll see me around here again tommorow.

^That's your problem, BellSouth is garbage. Go with Netzero high-speed, like ya boy has. Never have problems with that service.

^Oh no, I love Bellsouth high-speed DSL. In two years of Bellsouth internet service, this was my first major problem, and it was an outage in a wide-spread area. Bellsouth was out here quickly to fix it, but they had to work out here for a couple of days. I've heard Netzero is also very good, but I couldn't be happier with my Bellsouth DSL at the moment.

Here's my little contribution. This was actually a photo I took in the Asian Garden in downtown Shreveport, but I've turned it into a calendar for May (April Showers Bring May Flowers!!)

Very cool. I never thought to do that with mine. My brick color is VERY similar to that!

St. Louis Cathedral and Jackson Square, photographed on a beautiful, foggy morning back in my pre-DSLR days. Taken in March of '05 on my second wedding anniversary. Hard to believe that in just 1 month I will have been married for FOUR years!!

That's a cool shot, Nate. I've been surprised by some of your shots, that your camera hasn't been banned from that mall. Most malls don't allow photography at all, though there's not much they can do about camera phones. But DSLR cameras are typically prohibited.

I'm not complaining, I think it's great. I just want to know how you're able to do it. Are you concealing it and then pulling it out to shoot, or is it in your hand or around your neck the whole time?

It's in my hand the whole time, and I've never had a problem. I've taken photos in the mall at all times of the day: morning, noon, and night, and I've never had a problem. However, many of my photos are taken just after the mall has opened, so there isn't much going on, and not too many people to worry about. If I have a trick to not having problems, that would be it.
