Oh yea, the renderings always looked fantastic.  Just wasn’t sure if the final product value engineered out the screening.  Good to hear screening was a pre-UDO requirement.

Speaking of screening, the 7th Street Parking Deck is getting fencing installed on every floor.  Apparently someone attempted suicide and failed, sued the garage and won!!!!!   Part of the result is fencing is going in.
