Next SC city to get a skyline

Really? Well I guess it is all in the eye of the beholder. The North part of Downtown isnt really that bad but after city hall it is a SLUM with gutted out old buildings and weedy vacant lots.

Oh and I know Clemson would never have a skyline but it might have a smaller, midrise one soon.

Well, I was generally impressed with Main St. Itself. It wasn't very large, but it was nice. There are other municipal structures like the library and a court house that were nice looking buildings. There is also a pretty nice grid system and plenty of room dor expansion. Downtown Anderson has ALOT of potential.

I've never been to Clemson but I heard it is in the middle of nothingness and there is like one road there...Is it true?

They have a few mid-rise towers associated with the university. I think they are dorms. If you drive down 93 / old Greenville Hwy from Central you can see them in the distance.

I would consider there to be two roads of major note. You have to think that both U.S. 123 and U.S. 76 are important access points into Clemson. Another to be considered by some would be S.C. 93, from Easley, Liberty, and Central.

I have been down 93 several times and I know you can see the towers form there. I haven't been in to Clemson on 123 in ages.
