Gentrification is a very delicate issue. But it is hard to argue that improving the quality of investment in a community is a bad thing. It raises the asset value for all owners. And social engineering rarely works and is typically worse than market forces. Renters are likely the most negatively impacted, but to be honest rent inflation is a widespread problem.

And to think I thought there were bigger problems on this planet than the name of a development. Fool me once…
