Monthly UP walking tour and meetup!

a local meetup at Hex Coffee at Camp Northend Saturday Dec. 30 at 2 pm.  Come  to casually discuss what is going on what is being delayed what will never happen in the Charlotte development scene.  I hear someone from Camp North End will be there talk about the development too.

I'm sad I missed this, in the spirit of urbanplanet I figured I'd ride a lime scooter (from Briar Creek and Central), I underestimated how long that ride would take and the first two scooters I came across were reserved, so I didn't make uptown til about 1030.  

I look forward to the next tour where ever it may be!

Not sure what is going on with Charlotte Urbanists in May but in June I do know where a walking tour will be.    June 15 meet at 10.15 am at Raleigh's Union Station for an extensive Charlotte led tour of our Capital City.   We will go from the Warehouse District to the Glenwood South area to the Capital District to the Fayetteville St corridor.    Join us in Raleigh for an extensive walking tour of the downtown area. 

Take Amtrak's first train up (yes it is early 645 am I think for a comfortable ride to the Capital City.    Meet up at Raleigh's Union Station and see what the QC can learn from the city of Oaks.
