Didn't see another thread for the Boylan Heights neighborhood (bounded by Western Blvd, the prison, the railroad tracks, and briefly Dawson/McDowell St).  Not sure what the status on The Lynde is, but fencing is up with marketing graphics.  Also a pic of some townhomes around the corner.
