Wife and I ventured up to Ooltewah to eat at a new restaurant there that's not in Cambridge Square.  The Local Goat near the I-71 Exit 11 was delicious.  Check them out if you're inclined. No, I don't know the owner(s) who have another location in Sevierville/Pigeon Forge. They said they source 90+% of their food from within 30 miles of their restaurant. So I ordered the crab cakes (j/k), which they actually do have on the menu.

Thanks for the recommendation!  I'm sure I'll be down there come Christmas time... my aunt lives just off of Apison Pike!  Speaking of Apison Pike, here's a recommendation for you if you haven't already been here.  Last time I was down there we went to this little Peruvian place called Aji which is on Apison Pike just off Four Corners there near where Imagination Station and all that is.  I was, first of all, stunned to find a Peruvian restaurant in Ooltewah (Or is that technically Collegedale?  I'm not sure)... but to my surprise it was also actually REALLY really good, and the people that run it are so sweet.  I can't recommend it more highly!
