No, it's the same as DXV thread. Jernigan posted this a while back when the permit was filed but there weren't any details available yet, and the thread got buried. They are the same project though.

Renovations of La Belle Furs are underway as the store gets ready for its 100th anniversary. Best of all, the landmark neon sign on Orange Ave. is being restored to its 1957 introduction.

I’ll never wear fur but for the ladies who lunch it’s good to have downtown’s longest retailer getting ready for another generation.
