Can't tell you how BIG this is for Pasquotank County in the bottom rung of NC counties in income and growth etc.  We (NC) needs to get more companies from Tidewater VA which is very expensive to move operations to NE NC and still be easy access to southeast VA metro areas.  Just like SC does for Charlotte companies across the stateline lets target VA companies to move to Pasquotank, Currituck, and Camden counties all with easy access to Hampton Roads metro area

this is big a big Indian auto parts manufacturer and this could help with Mahindra another Indian company look for a auto plant site in the USA and NC is one of their options.

Downtown Greensboro construction update.

Hampton Inn and Suites - windows are being installed and the dirt area behind the hotel is where the hotel deck is going.

9 - story Project Slugger office tower 

Artist rendering of baseball themed crosswalk at the intersectionArtist rendering of baseball themed crosswalk at the intersection. Also a generic block building across the street which will be the site of Carroll's 20-story office tower. And a 9 story Aloft hotel and 6 story apartments over retail will be next to that.  The intersection will resemble a baseball field and have statues of baseball players at each base.
