    Excavation is scheduled to start in the Spring, actual construction in the Summer.

    It looks like it is going to happen after all. Construction dates have been set. Three months for rock excavation and construction to start in June '07. We also have been told that including underground parking, the total number of floors will be 81.

    Actually prices are about to go back up again.

    That's the vibe I'm getting now. The contractor has requested pricing, but the feeling around the office is that it's 60/40 on happening. If it does happen, the groundwork won't start until sometime in January and actual construction starting early spring.

    6" may be generous. This is how close it is to the adjacent Cohen Building. It's about the same on the other side next to the L&C.

    Those are actually the trailers for the ICON. They just happen to be on the Terrazzo property for now.
