Looks like work is being done on the Donelson Pike relocation. It appears a retaining wall is being built next to 20L.

Didn't realize that the terminal wing expansion areas had security zones part of them. Makes since due to the main lobby construction starting soon. I assume the south terminal wing expansion will include one as well. I think I remember reading that the B and A terminals will be cut off airside from C and D during the main lobby renovation, correct?

Isn't this the new ticketing and baggage expansion towards concourse A ("North Terminal Wing Expansion")? I haven't been to the airport in 6 weeks or so though.

I've flown them on the Grand Rapids to BNA route and the Punta Gorda to BNA route. Both were newish Airbus planes and no issues. Would fly them again in a heartbeat. Seat is a little thin on the padding, but much better than connecting with another airline.

I would consider that a public project. That's why I mentioned private project, since I figured the convention center had that many or possibly more.

I think BNA will eclipse 18,000,000 this calendar year after seeing these fiscal year numbers. Very impressive! Those additional gates from BNA vision can't come fast enough. Also, the expansion of A is very much needed.

Nashville GIS maps aren't showing any recent purchases on those homes, but they might not be up to date. It seems there are three owners that own a majority of the remaining homes south of 02L.

I've had the opportunity to fly on the A380, both Emirates and Singapore Air. By far the smoothest and best flights I've ever had. It's a shame it's a dying bird, but hard to make economical sense of it. Was a huge swing and a miss by Airbus.

Looks like there is one business class, 3 premium economy, and 10ish economy seats available as of 12:30 May 4th.

It's definitely a 787 dreamliner. The easiest way to pick out a 787 is the serrated edge on the rear portion of the engine. See this photo

Realistically it's going to be the 787-8/9 or the 763. I seriously doubt it'll be a 772. Fingers crossed for the 787. BA has 24 787s and only 7 767s.

Looks like the Southwest Cancun nonstop is Saturday only. I really wish it was more frequent than that. American and Delta already fly that seasonally on Saturday.

Southwest just announced this morning direct flights to Milwaukee twice daily starting in November. They will also start flying to Cancun nonstop in November as well.

Not entirely true as they can fly the 737-800 into Nashville more. It has an additional 30 or seats over the smaller 737s.

Ikea is out. Target, Publix, Cinebistro are looking hard at this development. Multiple parking decks is what I heard. -
It looks like the site where the old shoneys is on division near roundabout. I believe the Lionstone group bought that land. Sounds way to early to start construction in Jan of 07 though.

I'd like to see you say that after it opens. Cousins does a great job with their Avenue projects. It will be one of the nicest places to shop in the state.

I counted 86 reserved as of 2pm this afternoon. This includes the two townhomes that are reserved in the new townhome section of the floorplan section.

If somebody will host the site plan, I will send it to them. I have the lastest version that was sent to me from Cousins this week.
