    This project on Eastern and Logan is moving along fast. This is the first new development in Baxter in a very very long time.

    I grew up in Baxter and live there now. I love the stuff going on on Wealthy St but of course it has the potential trial to displace residence because of rising housing costs. Luckily I’m in no danger of being priced out, but many longtime residents are I like this development just off the main Wealthy Street corridor.     Voted for number 1. I do wish that one had the icons for the different activities available at each park though. But even so, I thought number one was the strongest, classiest, and most aesthetically pleasing choice.

    Thanks for this. I love to see development. And I love to see the community addressing concerns of those negatively affected by it. It’s the right thing to do economically and socially.

    Looks really good. Do you think the entire Belknap is going to be rebuilt modern multi-family housing like this and the other new developments?

    Maybe someone should propose a 120 story skyscraper in downtown GR. Then maybe it will get scaled back to 40 stories! Or would that one end up a 12'er too?

    Google Earth has updated 3D images. It’s amazing the presence all the new developments have all over the city.

    Activity on Wealthy and Fuller across form Little Caesars. That corner has been empty for way too long.

    I think that's the real play here. Make a splash going for the big prize and probably land at least a smaller one. Makes sense.
