  1. This is a prime example of HORRIBLE urban planning. Greystars building and its residents are being completely let down by our city planners. Not to mention how badly that pool view became.... How many feet are in between Harlowe and this hotel, you couldn't even get a paper clip through that? I don't blame the hotel developer for maximizing the space they have, but the city....
  2. Just walked through the Gulch and noticed a man in Neighbors Franklin gear standing outside the building that was Icon Retail space rumored to host neighbors. Renovations are moving quickly and I would expect an announcement soon. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Slated for MPC on 3/23 for final site plan approval. Does this mean that they would be allowed to start construction after approval? Would this come with a foundation permit, or would that need to be applied for after the final approval?
  4. Have met multiple candidates running for mayor, can say that Freddie seems to have the most vision when it comes to development and urban planning. Hopefully he can get the funding to be successful. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Is there anything the city can do? It seems like a pieces have already been delivered. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Any word on if this could potentially become a development site?
  7. A Walgreens or some type of convenience store would be much appreciated… could even replace the McDonald’s if that or the Exxon ever go Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. I 100% agree they I would expect more expansion to South America/Mexico. Maybe a flight to bogota, Mexico City, or Lima. I would say Buenz’s Aires but it sounds like it could have landing strip length issues where we would need the Murfreesboro pike expansion. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Very exciting and reaffirming of their commitment to Nashville. Am I correct thst this was the site of landings part II? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Nashville is the best performing Multifamily Market for Q3 of 2022, despite the first decrease of absorption in 20 years. https://www.linkedin.com/posts/berkadia_berkadia-q3-best-performing-markets-activity-7003816783761530880-Fc8J?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_ios Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Completely agree with you. Am I alone in the opinion they should be focusing more on connectivity throughout the city relative to bud lanes that will only create traffic. The connectivity through Nashville is horrid with the train tracks and interstate creating barriers and segregation. I would love to see more things like the bridge connecting the 805 Lea area to pine street, and connecting CA South’s project to paseo south gulch. I also think a dedicated greenway alongside the railroad to wedgewood Houston would be a desirable asset and could allow more mobility throughout the city. Pietown will especially need better connectivity to the gulch for residents to be able to live there and walk to work. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Had a conversation with the construction team that is on site. The construction is there for the bridge Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. As of 11/14/22: Looks like 3 bulldozers are starting to dig on the large Highwoods site. My guess is that they are waiting for the Tidal site to finish all of the new piping before doing anything. Are there any signs that the Gulch Central Highwoods project is moving forward?
