Hopefully winning the lawsuit and having at least other 3 tall buildings over there will help expedite building this -
With how much Nashville and the airport is growing, I wish we could at least get light rail from BNA to downtown with transit-oriented developments at other stops along the way.

Minimum of $51.5 million for this? I've seen some cities have built streetcar lines for 2 or 3 miles recently for $100 million with most of the funding from the feds. Could especially use one when the Midtown area buildings get built in the future

Hopefully they can get that one built. I wish somebody would develop all the parking lots they have over in Hillsboro Village and especially the ones between Blakemore and Belcourt. I'm sure the residents would say it ruins the character lol. I lived on Fairfax Ave, and there definitely should be a lot more activity over than there is right now. A lot of the shops over there close frequently. -
They could maybe add a Music City Star station somewhere in the vicinity over there in 5 years+ since there is a lot of space for development between the downtown station and Donelson station. Driftwood, TX, is also the home of Desert Door Sotol, so they should start a distillery taproom over there jk

That area between Church and Charlotte is gaining traction and still has a lot of room to run.

Just saw they were building in The Central district in Dallas (https://www.dallasnews.com/business/real-estate/2022/10/27/japan-based-developer-partners-on-new-dallas-apartment-high-rise/). I saw they had a Nashville office and then found out they had a building proposed. Guess this one is taking a lot long than other projects to materialize.

Fox usually has their national game on in 4k, but you have to click an extra button. I have Comcast so don't know if that helps or not.

Don't see it changing that much until they get rid of Parthenon towers. I wish a developer could buy it from Metro.

When I first saw Bosa was developing it, I thought we would get some fun buildings. Definitely not the caliber of these but something a little more fun than the renderings.

I've seen on here that we have 47 cranes up. Is there a way to compare to the other Sun Belt cities that aren't on here? At least we lead the cities in the US that are shown! -
