    My apologies if this question has been ask before on this thread. Will the 35th floor of one of the AEG towers be of some different floor plan from the other 34 stories. Maybe a penthouse or restaurant or mechanical or something to do with amenities? A floor that may take several weeks to complete.

    I believe this is the same lot that the 30 story 1KVB was suppose to be built several years ago, please correct me if I'm wrong. This property, IMO, should have been developed years ago. It's sad it's still vacant . Possibly if they were to remove the eyesore "Sticks" something good might happen

    Can we use the phrase "Topped Out" with regard to this beautiful building? Possibly I've missed something above, so pardon me if it has previously been stated. Also, if so, what is the final floor count?

    IMHO and uneduc Yes, IMHO, I bet when the Prime is cladded and the crane dismantled, Mr. G gives the go-ahead to pull permits and begin digging. Likely we'll be well before the EOY. Just an uneducated hunch.

    Possibly I've missed this somewhere in this thread, who are the Architects for the Alcove and the Prime? I'd like to see other towers they have designed.

    I had the same question. Tony has the Prime, Alcove, 1010, 800 Lea(maybe) and the king drive 33 story. That's alot for one company to manage.

    If all goes well, we will see five new towers to enter the Nashville Skyline this year 1) Prime 2) AEG 34 3)AEG 35 4) Pinnacle and 5) Endeavor Demonbreun. Will be amazing!!!

    They must be targeting tourists or business folk shuttled from and to the airport. I wonder if there will be a internal restaurant.

    I was curious about this project as I had not heard before. I googled 10th and Commerce and found a street view building rising, I'd say 4 to 5 stories. Is this project, shown in the photo, in progress or am I looking at something that has already been built? Thanks for your help!
