  2. Lifestyle Center living is teh hotness, just ask this guy: http://www.theatlantic.com/doc/200803/subprime
  3. It means that when they tore down the original parking structure (because it was unsafe?) they decided not to rebuild a new lot there and look for another use, but now they're buying parking spots that someone else is building. Jendrasiak thinks its strange, if they wanted parking spots there why didn't they just build them themselves.
  4. While I'm sure mom's golden grill is a fine establishment, what can be done to improve it and its neighbors appearances?
  5. If I weren't looking to start a family in a few years this would be sweet!
  6. As far as I know it is NOT closed, just the building is for sale.
  7. Thats what I was wondering, or is one of the projects not literally on the corner?

  9. FYI, Green Well is doing reservations for V-Day. They don't take them on a normal day.
  10. Says arguably the biggest fan of Olive Express.. As is pointed out in Knapes piece, there isn't really any place close to get that kind of food besides BK and McD.
  11. Is it? Seems like time is one thing they do have.
  12. I remember there being discussion on urbanplanet about something like that, it went before some sort of commission I remember and then we never heard anything... [EDIT]: found it: http://www.urbanplanet.org/forums/1006-100...;hl=1006+cherry it was something called Lets Dish!
  13. I'm not sure how to take that, but i'll drop it.
  14. You dismiss those 'additional costs' pretty quickly. You also assume 100% profit. They had to buy those sweaters somewhere.
  15. Seems like you have to sell a lot of clothes to cover $2k/mo in rent.. Thought I know nothing of retail clothing sales, maybe that's nothing. That RythmThymeKitchen thing looks awesome!
  16. Its funny, I just asked someone the same thing today. I think it's a bit early though, so keep your eyes on UP.
  17. Ah, well as I said I have no basis for my assumption. Just that $1.2M seems like a TON for a renovation. Either way it's cool that they found a buyer relatively quick.
  18. Goodness: The foundation is going to pay $2.26 million to buy the building and City records show Cummings and Wynsma bought the building for $1.04 million this year. Sounds like a sweet profit. Nice work! (of course I'm assuming they put no where near a million into the renovation, and I'm basing my assumption on zero renovation knowledge.)

  20. Download Primo PDF. It installs as a printer, so when you go to print the document you just select it and it outputs it to a PDF file. I use it daily. http://www.download.com/3000-10743_4-10660924.html
