Looks like Rib Crib on Wealthy has finally been sold/leased. Any idea what is going in there?

Regarding the guy who's car went in the thornapple this morning, how is it possible that one news station says that 911 got a call from the guy in the car saying he was trapped and that there were skid marks on the road while another news station says that 911 got a call of a car floating in the river and they go on to specifically point out that "Cascade, Ada, and East Grand Rapids Police are still investigating to find out exactly where the vehicle went off the road. That may prove challenging as there are no obvious signs, like skid marks" What a joke, how can they be so different. It's not like one says "allegedly there are no skid marks," they both read as if they're stating facts.

This will be next door, in an existing building.

I actually find https://www.accesskent.com/Property/ to be much more friendly. Type in the address and when at the parcel description click the Get Map. It's Firefox friendly and it has been updated to allow you to zoom in, out, identify, etc. No longer is it the static satellite picture it used to be.

maps.yahoo.com - good for determining townships maps.google.com - good for judging distance from address to specific businesses maps.live.com - good for getting a look at the property up close accesskent - good for figuring out which building you should be looking at in maps.live.com

I think the owner wants a ton for it. And its pretty busy all the time, so i can't imagine he's itching to sell. I never thought about the lot though, it is huge and completely unnecessary.
