I wish they would update their website (http://www.woodslounge.com)... EDIT: According to the advertising/web company that is doing their logo/web: "A river, a city, a road, and now a bar all stand tall on the West side of Michigan. This hip joint in the heart of GR features a woodsy theme with rockin music and great grub."

Just a note from the press article that GRDadOf3 posted in another thread: "The hotel's Cygnus restaurant, bar and lounge also is getting a facelift and consolidation of the 27th and 28th floors. The two areas will be combined on the lower level for more casual dining and a relaxed dress code. The upper level will be used for private parties."

I found One Trick Pony to be less than wonderful. Perhaps it was the extremely loud band in a tiny space. I'll have to try it again. Judson's is a great place to get a steak, the Silver Derby has great Chili dogs (2 for $2.25) and Muncho's Pizza on eastern just north of Burton has some pretty amazing pizza.
