  1. Exciting news! I took a screenshot of the site plan in case anyone wants to see location.
  2. What's crazy to me is that the initial public meeting was back in January 2006... This plan can vote now
  3. Thanks for the more detailed plans, but I had no idea. It's hard to keep up with everything, plus I wasn't living in the state back then
  4. Ah, thank you Sean! That is exactly what I was hoping for. Didn't realize they had plans for another I40 interchange, or at least that's what it looks like.
  5. Is there a legend somewhere to explain the different colors and such? Or explain what an APM is?
  6. This has been approved. Nothing on timeline though, unless I missed it. https://www.dnj.com/story/news/2023/05/16/hy-vee-plans-approved-for-two-grocery-stores-in-murfreesboro/70222862007/
  7. We may have another shot with Ikea. Time will tell, but I can always speculate Highlights: In a huge bet to draw more U.S. consumers, Swedish furniture giant IKEA will spend $2.2 billion dollars to expand nationwide – marking its biggest investment ever in a single country. Ingka plans to open eight new big IKEA stores and nine smaller stores as well as upgrading existing stores in the U.S. https://www.reuters.com/business/retail-consumer/ikea-plans-new-us-stores-22-bln-push-challenge-walmart-wayfair-2023-04-20/ Edit: Ops, didn't realize we had a threat just for Ikea. My bad.
  8. I've got pretty good word that this isn't 100% accurate. UMG will not be relocating from their 222 2nd Ave location as they have a long term lease. However a subsidiary of one of those labels will be moving there.
  9. This is good! I've always wondered about this too. So thanks for sharing it. Besides a few people on here knowing the ins and outs, is there anywhere else on this forum where this has been documented? Or maybe a place where we could, so others could learn? I've been documenting like crazy at work lately, so this is where my mind jumps to first lol
  10. As a certified Sheetz occultist they are very good! I grew up near Pittsburgh and Sheetz was the main player around those woods. Never really thought much about Sheetz until I moved here and didn't have it anymore. Like @Bos2Nash said about planning trip around them, that is how I do it too. Plus the food is a lot better than you would think for a gas station. I would take them over a lot fast food places. When I took my wife back north, I told her that she's going to have to trust me on eating at a gas station.
  11. If there is one thing I learned while working at HCA is they like to own their buildings. I use to work at the Dell building and HCA was renting from Dell for a bit. HCA eventually bought the building from them. Dell now pays rent to HCA for the Dell building. Makes me lol when I think about it. Maybe the pandemic has changed that mind set, though it could be temporary space if they did decide to rent. Rent until they secure land or buy a building they like.
  12. Didn't see this posted, but Milkshake Concepts has signed four leases in Nashville. At first I was like more milkshakes please! Then I realized that they aren't in the milkshake business. This is their first venture outside of the Dallas market. Layer Cake - Lower Broadway Harper’s - behind Pinewood Social The Finch - former home of the Flying Saucer Vidorra - 800 Broadway You can read more here: https://www.bizjournals.com/nashville/news/2022/05/04/exclusive-milkshake-concepts-announces-three-conce.html
