Some more pictures from this morning, amazing how all the new development is really improving the density and feel of the neighborhood. Also construction has started on the lot south of the transit station as seen in the last picture on the left.

Sorry to get anyone's hopes up with a new post on this thread but was trying to conceptualize what the city would look like without this vast lot of empty space. AI Image Generation has come a long way and hopefully the more we can pitch a dense, walkable downtown area to City Council, the faster these ideas develop into actual projects for the city. Anyone else play around with these tools yet? Might be worthwhile starting a new thread for different ideas around the city without mixing real development and AI Generated content!

Solid progress so far. Good to see some height finally being built ground up in this area.

Not the best picture but caught the demolition of the McDonald’s on St Paul’s Blvd this morning. It looks like they are already half way done tearing it down.

Went for a run today and snapped some pics of the newly paved Front Street with bike lanes and street level apartments for the River Tower development. Also looked like they were taking the maintenance/construction elevator off the side of the building.

Some nice progress being made on this project. Looks like the garage is nearly complete and pilings are done, excited to see things start to move vertical!
