Is there any way First Horizon Park can be renovated? If answer already my bad.

I really wish they can PSC metal yard land soon. With the new stadium and new neighborhood that coming it will continue to be a eyesore for that area. But love the design myself.

Does anyone think since Nashville not getting the World Cup that the need for a new stadium might slow down? Alot of this from my opinion was speed up with anticipation for World Cup. And now the mayor and city council are doing there own study this be drown out for quite a while.

Thank you both for you answer. I definitely believe it would be amazing to have both a new football and baseball venue next to each other. I thought that maybe that could be an option. But definitely would love to see MLB team here in Nashville. Maybe something can get work out. Hopefully taxpayers won't have to come out of pocket. But I understand that's a stretch.

I'm new to the board but is there anyway that they could renovate Nissan Stadium into baseball stadium with significant or all private dollars?
