I agree!!! The developer is a great guy who loves and believes in Spartanburg!!! I also encourage everyone to support him and his hotel!!!

Domino’s pizza is locating across from the Marriott on Church Street in the old BB&T branch.

I looked in the window of the new construction at United Community Bank and it said Moes Southwest Grill on the building permit sign!!! Hopefully if you heard Chicken Salad Chick, they will go on the other side of the building. It is all great news!!! -
Sidewalk pizza said a couple of weeks ago that construction should start soon. The coffee shop seems be doing very well.

It is going to be located in the old Asian restaurant. The chain mainly has locations in the Charleston /Savannah area. I believe that they will mainly have delivery. It was announced in the HJ this past fall I believe. Go to there website. It also says Coming Soon Spartanburg!

Construction of Stoner Pizza is taking place across from the Marriott on Church Street!

I was disappointed when they said they were doing the drilling for dhec. They said the contamination was found all the way across the street in the FBC parking lot.

Tropical Grille was suppose to open a location in Spartanburg on Pine Street has anyone heard anything about them still coming?

I went and asked the guys working on the site and they knew of no new development coming. They said that there was an old gas station site at the corner of Dean and Main and they were checking for contamination.
