Just noticed today that old convenience store near Diamond and Sweet has a “coming soon” sign for some sort of new apartment development. Didn’t get a close look, not sure if anyone has any more info.

Looks like Red Jet hasn’t sold since 2019 so assuming the owners have just given up on Mad Grub. Wish they’d let it go and see if someone else can do something with it.

I went to Lucy’s for dinner a few times when they were open in the evenings and enjoyed it. Went for trivia once too. Would be great to see them open later especially after they put in that full service bar

Has anyone seen/read any updates ion Sovengard’s new space? I’ve seen that they’ve done a couple pop ups, but no updates on the new space yet. Keep meaning to drive by to see what progress has happened so far but haven’t yet. They’ve obviously missed their original fall opening date, so makes me nervous to not see much movement

Woah! I drove by Breakroom just like a day or two ago and it was still there. That was quick. Agree with Burger King. There's a time and place for fast food, but that doesn't seem like a good location for something like that. Seems like a great corner for a multiuse building

FINALLY I've always thought it was weird that this spot had been empty for so long.
