The apartments on 7th St near Pecan Ave looked fairly close to being finished.

Taken today in PM, progress on the two gigantic apartment blocks on either side of the train tracks off Central Ave: Campus Works is on the second/third floors of construction and 1305 Central looked nearly complete.

This one is actually being looked at as well for relatively inexpensive improvements. The best option is for the weave on 85NB from mallard creek to 485 to be removed and MC may have an overpass so that the on ramp from mallard creek is downstream of the off ramp for 485.

DOT is currently looking at fixing that issue, potentially by dropping one lane from the 85 SB mainline at an upstream exit and keeping the ramp from 485 at two lanes wide rather than dropping down again to one lane. Would allow one lane coming from that merge ramp to not have to change lanes and also increase the ramp capacity.

I actually like that lighter greenish color they've added. Hopefully they will put it over all the white sections? The parking deck still isn't perfect but I think it's looking better now that it matches the rest of the building more
