  1. In the last one, I caught a guy (presumably an UPer) taking a pic of the construction site from a balcony of the Regions building. My bet is its KJ. Tell me I’m right.
  2. ^Based on your comment in another thread, sure sounds like Honeywell to the renovated ATT building.
  3. They sound like a great primary tenant for Legacy 2.
  4. New workman’s friend patio is open. Reminds me of Chicago with the huge open air window facing the street and sidewalk. Gonna be a hopping spot in the spring/summer/fall.
  5. Take this for what it is worth, was having a beer with a buddy who works in commercial construction and he said his contact in the city’s permit office told him there are more projects than ever in their pipeline for review - including a 70 floor tower on North Tryon. I immediately responded there’s no way because I haven’t heard a word of it on UP. RDF/Jayvee...y’all holding out on us?

  7. This. I know a guy running the construction. Full steam ahead.
  8. When is the target opening? Seems construction pace has accelerated in the recent months...at least on the exterior.
  9. In that second photo, zoomed out, BACC and Hearst seem to be a combined building of two contrasting styles and it looks awesome. Thanks for sharing.
  10. I think the tree canopy makes it look great. Don’t want to imagine Charlotte without it!
  11. I’m assuming someone got a new drone for Christmas? Considering the results, we on UP should have ponied-up a long time ago and bought you one. Many thanks gman!
  12. If it is a pool, it will get a lot more sun with its current orientation. Agree views would be better the other way, but street noise will be blocked this orientation.
  13. Those sure are nice. Would love to see more of this.
  14. I’m pretty sure everyone lost.
  15. Do we know what is going in this building? Multiple tenants?
