I'm confused on that too. It mentions a 5th floor pool. Unless, it's on top of the parking garage, then idk where that's going -
The sunset also doesn't match the sun reflection on the car hood. This is BS

yea, sorry, my point was their designs at least seem feasible.

Their submission for the NC AIA headquarters on their site looks very similar to what is there now

I work in the Bank of America building on Fayetteville. They just started construction today for a face lift to the exterior and lobby. They're expanding out the ground floor where the columns currently are and adding some small details, like the vertical glass, to the exterior. Edit: I think they're actually just removing the columns and not expanding it out
