  2. I first spoke with Mr. Pierce about a year ago as I saw him buying up lots in North and East Nashville. Very nice and intelligent business man. He hooked me up with his residential developer Dave Bell who is working on some projects in Historic Buena Vista and by McFerrin Park. Mr. Piece will sale, he owns several storage facilities.

  5. Per him We, along with our investors, own the entire block from 8th to 7th, approximately 1.9 acres. Construction on the connector is scheduled to begin September if not sooner. NES has already started relocating major electrical lines. We are in the planning stages with several options, but have not decided.

  8. I believe, If "Nashville HS Soccer Team" runs a concession course at Nissan Field and generates $10,000 in sales on a cost basis of $8,000, Aramark "donates" aka tax write off the $2,000 to "Nashville HS Soccer Team" but that is old info.
  9. Aramark / Concession depend on volunteers to run the concourse stands. Due to poor leadership from the Titans there is a lack of communication between the Titans and the volunteer leaders. This lack of communication has decreased the volunteer participation rate and number of groups who actively work the stands. If anyone has been to a Predators game, you can tell a night / day difference in concession organization, engagement, staffing, etc. For the soccer game, over 100 volunteers were no call / no show. Now the Titans have recently hired someone to help in operations, but he just started and is still building relationships. Long ways to go yet. This is an semi-large issue for the Titans / Nissan Stadium, as this game day experience breeds apathy from the general fan base. My experience at NHL / MLS games have been the exact opposite. They are well staffed, engaging, and tech friendly (esp. MLS).

Trust just sold the two units on Scovel at $244 a sq ft so I look for these cottages to be about 1650 sq ft each.
