What is the objection to the Verdae pick?

I suspect a lot of decisions would be different with a perfect crystal ball

Realy? Where will that be located? When?

Looks to me like you still have not named a subdivision by a national builder that has "marred the face of the City of Greenville." Everyone you have named looks to be in the county.

Does "Duped by Verdae" still live in community? If he is so unhappy maybe he should move out. I think the issue with the alley concept has to do with the city's santitation trucks size and navigating those.

Looks like the same architecture on most of the new downtown buildings. So much for new and innovative design concepts.
