I have a friend who's band was supposed to play there Saturday night and they just posted on their facebook that they wouldn't be playing because of the remodel so it does seem like it was done quickly.

Thanks for posting that, I was wondering what was going on. I noticed the stone sign for Cleveland Park was down at the corner of McDaniel and Ridgeland. I thought it was a planned sidewalk project getting underway!

It appears that the surface parking in Parcel B is to accomodate the underground stormwater detention system. That may explain why that parcel is designed the way it is, because you could not build on top of the stormwater system.
