--Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market is going in the old Albertson's. (late 2012) --Applebee's is in the old Blockbuster. (month or two until almost done) --First Watch is going in next to Office Depot. (soon) --Domino's is relocating from long time Fern Creek/Michigan location to Applebee's wing next to fairly new Subway. --OTown Tanning just came in this month.

The City of Orlando presents Homeless on Ice!

They should just merge the existing route and the creative route together in a hybrid route. Three routes is too much. Agreed, the east/west route should hit the Amway at some at some point (Division/Church). The north/south route would be great for downtown residents to get to the hospital and the sodo merchants and restaurants. That's unfortunate. (Oh but wait, we can take a loud locomotive down that way? Oh, there's no stop down there? Oh, that's right.) Can we at least get bus cut out's on Orange for a compromise?

You would of loved the retail and restaurants in the early 1990s... But wait, there was no where to live... --Olive Garden, TGIFridays, Pizzeria Uno, Howl at the Moon, Hooters, Jungle Jims, Gap, Banana Republic, Victoria's Secret, Brookstone, Athlete's Foot, Sharper Image, Sunglass Hut, etc. I can go on forever in The Exchange...

I bet $5 they didn't even tell the restaurant guy that all that was happening during those days. Island time. Oh, and they gave him last year's Magic schedule... Those businesses recently renewed their leases 2-3 years ago with the City. (10 year lease). The rent in those spaces is peanuts and pocket lint.

Burton's is Downtown's Orlando best "non-HD" and "non-Liquor" bar!

There's no way that Burton's could be closing, they just put a new $5,000 AC in last month.
