    The AA prices at CLT are out of control. I love CLT but I have to get approval for every flight because the prices are so expensive. My coworkers taking a connection through CLT $200. I'll be on the same final destination flight(direct) $600. Every week booked months in advance.

    Publix has upped their $ commitment to get things going. Also hotel for one tower and they have several leases in the works for the office tower. So we could see some movement sooner than later.
